We met Dennis by chance while viewing a property he had listed in 2008; we did not have a realtor at this time and Dennis offered his help to find us a home. We soon became the most painful homebuyers a realtor could dream of; we didn’t know what we wanted, we were flipping from the idea of new to used, we were busy with life events and we had two other properties to sell before we could purchase. Dennis was nothing but patient, easy going, friendly and reliable. Dennis was extremely honest while viewing homes and did not try and sell us every property we stepped into. Dennis would point out qualities in a home, but also point out flaws and reasons for not purchasing. This is a quality hard to find in a realtor, because most are out there to make the money fast; Dennis was more interested in finding us a home we both LOVED and were happy with. Dennis ALWAYS returned texts/phone calls within minutes and was helpful with ALL of our questions/concerns. Almost two years later we found “the house” and Dennis made the purchasing process stress-free for the both of us.
